A real estate development with focus on second homes will be built in the United Arab Emirates.
The construction company IMKAN presented last October a mega project that will add to the landscape of Dubai. This is AlJurf, a real estate development aimed at second residences and resting places.
AlJurf will be built from 2019 on land located between the cities of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. It will have 370 hectares of surface, 3.4 kilometers of beaches with white sands and blue waters, and a complete infrastructure for the welfare of its inhabitants.
Docks, public and private beaches, country clubs, hotels, restaurants, health center, clinic, mosques, many parks and a private school are some of the amenities that will include the AlJurf project.
The real estate development will be made up of three districts, AlJurf Gardens, Jiwar Al Qasr and Marsa AlJurf. Each one will have its own architectural identity and multiple services.
It is expected that the first phase of the megaproject will be ready by the year 2021. It will be the AlJurf Gardens district and will have 293 houses and plots by then.
The IMKAN company promised to provide more details about the work soon.
